Additional Information
Insurance: If you have extended health benefits you might be eligible for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider if they cover a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). My registration number is #12107
How insurance works: You pay for the session and we provide you with receipt for claiming reimbursement
Payment method: Whichever way you prefer: cash, e-transfer, cheque, credit or debit. Payment will be collected at the end of the session and receipt will be provided.
Cancellation Policy: For courtesy, 48 hour notice is required for cancellation, unless there is proof of medical emergency.
This allows us fairness in allocating the session to someone else who needs it.
If you have to cancel in less than 48 hours, $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel in less than 24 hours, a full fee of $140 will be charged.
